LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

There comes a point where working harder isn’t the answer.

Working smarter is.

When you’re new as a leader team, but not yet aligned.

When things are changing fast and everything and everyone feels scattered.

Or when results are delivered, but the culture isn’t what you want it to be.

That’s where my work begins.

  • Her warm and inviting approach built trust and collaboration in our management team and helped each of us grow.

    Marketing Commercial Director

  • Our management team is now closer, more cohesive, and collaborates more effectively in our daily work.

    Team Manager

Becoming more confident and steady.

So you can be that steadiness for the organisation and the people around you.

Being a team for real.

Not just smart individuals in leadership roles co-existing, but a group that is truly aligned and creates value together, even when its messy.

A team that sees and uses each other’s strengths.

That dares to talk about uncomfortable things.

That is honest and direct – while always leading with care.

You know that if you want change, you need to dare to change.

And that it starts with you.

Hi, I’m Hanna

I know the challenges you face because I’ve been there.

I’ve worked as a leader for many years, before becoming an ICF-certified coach & faciltator.
So my work isn’t built on theory alone, but on real-life leadership – with all its complexity, pressure, and responsibility.

I combine practical experience with research-based approaches, drawing from cognitive neuroscience, ACT, positive psychology, and strengths-based mindsets..
Not as trends or frameworks on slides – but as tools for everyday behaviour, decisions, and conversations.

I don’t believe in quick fixes.
I believe in steady, sustainable change over time – created through awareness, reflection, and practice in real life.

If you’re looking for leadership development that is human, grounded, and honest, we’re likely a good match.

You are Ambassadors

As initiators of the program you will be be important ambassadors.

Your colleagues will look at what you do, not what you say. Lead by example.

Catalyst for change and partner for development

I will inject inspirational insights and frameworks. I will challenge you as individuals and as a group, coach and facilitate to create motivation and changes that lasts. However, what you get out of the program will be a result of what you put in. I will support along the way.

Patience

Allow time to change. It's the simplest things that makes the biggest difference. But simple doesn’t mean it's easy.. We need to take small steps, celebrate the wins and figure out the next step from there. Be patient and the process will lead to result.

What its like to work together

What we work on

Psst. I coach in both Swedish and English.

Foundation & Focus

Every program begins by creating self awareness and building a strong foundation as individuals and team.

  • Identify and appreciate your strengths. We often overlook what comes naturally to us, focusing on improving weaknesses. But by using our natural strengths, we gain energy, enter flow, and feel truly valuable.

  • Identifying your values helps you understand what truly matters to you, guiding your decisions, actions, and priorities. When you're clear on your values, you reduce uncertainty, simplify decision-making, and lower stress. In a team, shared values build trust, create alignment, and form a strong foundation for collaboration — making it easier to resolve conflicts and achieve common goals.

  • We often direct 80% of our energy toward things we can’t control. By identifying what drains and what fuels your energy, you can reduce worry and overthinking. Learn to focus your energy on what you can control and what truly matters to you right now. Consciously direct your energy toward where you want to go.

  • What drives you? Setting clear goals gives you direction, motivation, and a sense of purpose. Goals help you prioritize, stay focused, and measure progress. When you have defined goals, you reduce uncertainty and increase accountability — making it easier to turn intentions into actions and achieve meaningful results.

Leadership in Practice

Customized workshops tailored to your needs. You choose the focus, and I provide inspiration, practical frameworks, and tools to take action. Based on research from cognitive neuroscience, ACT, positive psychology, and strengths-based mindsets.

  • The only thing constant is change. We need to learn to work with change rather than against it. Learn how to stay calm and confident in uncertainties and handle challenges with energy and optimism.

I work with models like SCARF, ChangeCurve.

  • We have more control than we realize. By shifting our mindset, we influence how we feel and act. Adopting a growth mindset encourages continuous improvement and helps you inspire yourself and others to overcome challenges. Shift your perspective from “I can’t” to “I can’t yet.”

  • Use active listening and insightful questions to empower your team. Foster transparency, collaboration, and growth.

  • Handling friction and giving or receiving feedback is about learning to be comfortable in the uncomfortable — standing firm in challenging situations.

I work with frameworks like Non Violent Communication & Radical Candor

  • Make decisions and set priorities when the pressure is on. It’s not about doing more or being less ambitious — it’s about making courageous choices, setting clear priorities, and focusing on what truly matters.

  • How you can lead yourself to better mental well-being through the Healthy Mind Platter framework.

  • Inspiring and purpose-driven vision and clear goals through OKR’s empower employees to align their efforts, boosting motivation and ownership. This focus sharpens strategic thinking and prioritization, encouraging proactive action over reactive firefighting, leading to effective resource utilization and control over your organization's future

  • Establishing leadership expectations, and behaviors is crucial for aligning your team and promoting consistent, effective leadership across the organization. It enhances communication, provides a firm foundation for constructive feedback and problem-solving.

  • Lead by example and build a self-aware team with high psychological safety. Support their development journey. Transfer what you learned to your teams

Coaching

Development doesn’t happen in workshops alone. Coaching creates space to reflect, try things out, and learn from everyday work. We focus on awareness, responsibility, and follow-through – so insights turn into real change.

  • Reflect on your progress — what you’ve accomplished, what you’ve learned, and where you want to go next. Through tailored frameworks and questions, I guide you to build self-awareness and gain deeper insights into the changes you want to create.

  • Self-reflect through writing. During the program, I encourage you to keep a reflection book to capture your thoughts, insights, and experiences as you progress.

  • Between sessions, you’ll set tasks — as a team after workshops or individually after coaching — to apply what you've learned and keep the momentum going. In the next session, we follow up on your reflections and progress.

  • It’s easy to focus on what’s not working, but I help you regularly take time to recognize what is working and celebrate it. Gratitude shifts your perspective, builds resilience, and boosts well-being. Celebrating your wins — big or small — reinforces progress, strengthens confidence, and keeps you motivated.
