Starter package

An introductory coaching package for you who want to build self-awareness and create a solid foundation for intentional choices.

This is for you if you:

  • are curious about coaching and want to explore the process

  • are facing a decision (new role, career change, life transition)

  • want to strengthen your confidence and understanding of yourself

The Package Include

Four focused parts. Each part includes one reflective exercise and one coaching session to land insights and next steps.

  • Identify and appreciate your strengths. We often overlook what comes easily to us and focus on fixing weaknesses. When you understand and use your strengths consciously, you gain energy, experience more flow, and feel confident in your value.

    I work with CliftonStrengths, and this is consistently one of the most appreciated parts of the process.

  • Clarifying your values helps you understand what truly matters to you and why. Your values guide your decisions, priorities, and boundaries. When you’re clear on them, decision-making becomes easier, uncertainty decreases, and stress is reduced.

  • Explore what gives meaning, direction, and energy to your (work) life. Your why becomes an inner compass — something you can return to when navigating decisions and priorities.

    By reflecting on four perspectives (what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for), you gain clarity around what creates motivation and meaning for you.

  • From intention to action. This part helps you translate insight into a clear and realistic direction for the coming 12 weeks.

    You start by defining your word for the year — your overarching compass. Then you explore your seasons to understand your natural rhythms and needs. Finally, you set a 12-week focus that turns intention into concrete action and visible results.

    The 12-week method works because it creates urgency, clarity, and momentum — here and now.

Coaching program

A structured coaching program with regular sessions to coach you towards a set goal.

This is for you if you:

  • want regular sessions over time to provide the structure

  • want to work with recurring patterns and behaviours

  • are ready to develop your mindset and way of relating to yourself and others

  • are looking for long-term, sustainable change

The Program Includes

A coaching program tailored to you. 6–10 sessions with regular intervals every 2–4 weeks.

    • Regular interval of every 2-4 weeks

    • Initial session to define goals and focus

    • Midway check-in for reflection and adjustment

    • Closing reflection to integrate learnings

    Each session is tailored to your needs and what’s most relevant for you right now. As your coach, I challenge you to gain perspective without giving you direct answers or solutions. I guide you through reflections and learnings, helping you explore challenges, identify obstacles, and set actionable steps.

  • Where relevant, I provide structured exercises or workbooks to deepen self-awareness and simplify the reflection process. These tools help you clarify your thoughts, explore new perspectives, and turn insights into action.

  • Between our sessions, you set tasks for yourself to apply what you've learned and keep the momentum. These might be small, manageable steps or reflections based on what we’ve discussed. In the next session, we follow up on your reflections and progress.

  • Self-reflect through writing. Between our sessions, I encourage you to keep a reflection book to capture your thoughts, insights, and experiences as you progress.

  • It’s easy to focus on what’s not working, but I help you regularly take time to recognize what is working and celebrate it.

    Gratitude shifts your perspective, builds resilience, and boosts well-being. Celebrating your wins — big or small — reinforces progress, strengthens confidence, and keeps you motivated.

For you who want regular support, continuity and a trusted sounding board in your everyday life. A support to untangle thoughts, regain focus, and stay connected to your direction when things feel intense, messy,

This is for you if you:

  • For you who don’t want to work towards a specific goal or follow a structured development program

  • For you who want a regular check-in and value having space to think out loud and land decisions

This Option Includes

  • On-demand coaching as needed – short sessions (15–30 minutes), max 2 times/month.

  • SMS / WhatsApp voice messages – response within 24 hours on weekdays

No matter which role I’m in,  business leader, entrepreneur, friend, family member, or partner, I’ve realized that the same challenges, frustrations, and patterns keep showing up.

When I moved to Åre and stripped away all external factors. I realized it wasn’t about my circumstances,  it was about my attitude towards them.

Our thoughts shape our actions. Just like physical fitness, your mental processes need regular training to feel good. That’s why I believe in coaching. It’s how we strengthen our mental fitness.

With over a decade of experience as a leader and now as an entrepreneur I know how it is. As an ICF-certified coach, I coach leaders, entrepreneurs and individuals to proactively create better conditions for themselves and others.
